Early Career Talent Success Stories

Aaron LaCourse

Global Procurement (PREP Class of 2020)

"It’s been a great experience being trusted to get things done. I haven’t been given ‘busy work’ projects. Instead, I’ve been given projects that impact the team and GP as a whole. It was surprising to get so much responsibility right away, but it’s a great part of the experience because it helps to expedite your learning. You’re not in a mock negotiation anymore, you’re across the table from a real supplier negotiating a real deal."

Andreea Ciobanu

GP Strategic Procurement Manager (PREP Class of 2016)

"I decided to join the PREP program because of the diverse experience it offered, such as the fact that it’s a dynamic environment and you can rapidly learn about different areas of the company roles. You get the chance to learn what different team’s objectives are in a short time. It seemed like a way to figure out what I like by being exposed to multiple roles and teams."

Tyler Deen

Global Procurement (PREP Class of 2019)

"I decided to join the PREP program because of all of the people I met. Through interviewing and looking at the job, I spoke with the Global Procurement Chief of Staff at the time and multiple other GP employees before joining. I was attracted by how nice and welcoming everyone was. All of the procurement employees seemed to really enjoy each other’s company, enjoy what they do and take it seriously, but still had fun."
