Configuration Information
Installation Services
HPE CloudOps Software suite customers have access to HPE experts and libraries of education and reference materials to help expedite time to value as well as ongoing adoption of more advanced features available within each software component.
In addition to the services listed below, HPE offers additional instructor-led training by individual software component. These additional educational services, available for purchase, provide valuable knowledge transfer to help customers take full advantage of the advanced features of each software component.
HPE Morpheus Enterprise Software and HPE OpsRamp Software installations are conducted manually by HPE subject matter experts and are required with the purchase of the software. Customers receive up to 16 hours of installation services from HPE experts, led by an assigned Service Specialist that will be responsible for briefing customers on the installation process, communicating HPE requirements, and gathering customer prerequisites. The Service Specialist will also plan and schedule service-specific engineering experts to ensure an efficient and expeditious activation and onboarding experience.
Upon completion of the activation and initial onboarding, the HPE Service Specialist will conduct an orientation session with the customer to review the activities delivered and provide an orientation of the deep capabilities offered within the software services that have been purchased.
HPE Zerto Software installation process is a self-guided experience where customers have access to a comprehensive library of on-demand tutorials and reference materials to help guide you through the process of activation and onboarding your HPE Zerto service with precision.
Additional HPE Zerto installation and professional services are available for purchase but not required for initial installation and setup. Installation services for HPE Zerto are optional and not included by default with the purchase.
