Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI)
Hyperconvergence is a software-defined infrastructure that decouples infrastructure operations from the system hardware and converges them at the hypervisor level into a single building block. Hyperconverged systems leverage software-defined intelligence to break down the silos of storage and compute, and allow them to run and be managed on the same server platform. HPE offers two native HCI solutions: HPE SimpliVity and HPE dHCI. HPE and Nutanix have a global partnership to deliver Nutanix’s Enterprise Cloud OS on HPE ProLiant DX hardware. The PSDC can demonstrate both HPE SimpliVity on the HPE ProLiant DL servers and Nutanix Enterprise Cloud OS on HPE ProLiant DX servers.

KubeFrame for AI-Edge
This best-of-breed solution combines the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, HPE Edgeline EL8000 servers, and NVIDIA GPUs as a purpose-built system to execute high-performance GPU-enabled Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) tasks in an appliance small enough to fit in an airliner’s overhead compartment (8.6” x 8.7” x 17”).
KubeFrame for AI-Edge and the HPE Edgeline EL8000 are available for demonstration through the PSDC.

Smart Cities Solution

It is designed to deliver immersive industry experiences and deep technical engagement focused on business outcomes.
Red Hat Open Innovation Lab
Red Hat Open Innovation Lab in Tysons is in close proximity to the PSDC located at 1600 International Dr #800, McLean, VA 22102. For over 20 years, HPE and Red Hat have worked together to develop, deliver, and support solutions that accelerate business and fuel transformation. Together, we provide industry-leading price and performance - as well as comprehensive global services and support for any environment. Our recent Public Sector team collaboration has resulted in Kubestack for AI-Edge solution, demonstrable in either of our centers.
VMware Briefing Center
VMware Briefing Center in Reston, Virginia is approximately half a mile away from the PSDC. The center has a Public Sector focus along with a variety of commercial and enterprise accounts. They cater to the needs of the local intelligence community, providing the security and discretion necessary to adhere to stringent privacy protocol. HPE and VMware are in the 20th year of an engineering-focused relationship and Alliance and share one of the largest joint Channel Partner communities. The partnership has global scale, with more than 100,000 global partners and more than 25,000 solution experts collaborating across both centers.

AMD Demo Support for the PSDC is facilitated by the Public Sector Business Development team at AMD, showcasing innovative solutions to the challenges and possibilities of our digital age. VAR Solution Centers
The Norseman Demo Lab
The Norseman Demo Lab is purpose built to support both manufacturers and customers as well as internal solution development and demonstration. For manufacturers, the lab provides an area to showcase key technologies. Public Sector customers are provided access to key technologies they would like to become familiar with. The lab consists of four racks that house a variety of manufacturer hardware and software, from cybersecurity to commodity servers and storage, to purpose-built architectures supporting a technologies and solutions. Many of the solutions to common IT pain points are already available in the lab and emerging technology implementations are ongoing continuously. Solutions, both implemented and planned include cloud automation, application deployment and testing automation, infrastructure automation, and monitoring and mitigation.
The Technology Experience Center (TEC)
The Technology Experience Center (TEC) is CDW’s Pre-sales demo Lab that prides itself on being a multivendor environment that showcases the latest in compute, storage, networking, virtualization, hyperconvergence, power and cooling. Within this fully functional data center and network, customers and coworkers can experience bleeding edge technology in action both remotely and on-site in Vernon Hills. The main location in Vernon Hills is an opportune place to enable visiting customers and fellow Coworkers with insight on technology that is relevant and forthcoming. The other sites are located in Canada and Reston, Virginia. The center in Reston is focused on Public Sector solutions and is easily accessible to the PSDC.
GST Solution Center
The GST SOLUTIONS CENTER is a multi-million dollar state-of the-art training and demonstration facility located at our corporate headquarters in Cerritos, CA. This multivendor facility offers technical training, proof-of-concepts, solution demonstrations, and visibility to the newest technologies. This lab provide HPE customers on the west coast on-site demo capabilities without the need for travel to the PSDC.
Insight Cyber Hub Center
The HPE team working with Insight at their Quantico Cyber Hub multivendor center of excellence, can bring together industry experts to solve the nation’s critical IT security issues. At the cyber hub, HPE in collaboration with the Insight technology experts work toward a deep understanding of our customer’s needs before creating unique or COTS based solution to address these needs.
WWT (World Wide Technology)
WWT's Advanced Technology Center (ATC) is a certified HPE Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) with master level certifications across HPE products & solutions.
Their expert level advisors help with solution demonstrations ranging from simple to complex proof-of-concepts environments that provide customers time with solutions ensuring expectations are aligned with their desired outcomes. Customers utilize WWT labs for evaluations of HPE private and public cloud transformations, compute, converged systems, storage, network, operational management tools and automation and orchestration integrations.

Experis Technology Group
Experis Technology Group’s Live HPE Demo Center has been created so customers can “Test Drive” the entire stack of HPE products. Located in Potomac Md, the demo center includes: DHCI/Nimble Storage, Primera Storage, Simplivity Hyper-Converged, StoreOnce backup, Synergy Compute, Aruba Networking and HPE Edgeline 8000 with Nvidia GPU in the carry-on case. We also showcase software solutions from Veeam, Cohesity, Commvault, VMware and Microsoft. We offer customers to come to our center and physically see and test drive these solutions.
