What’s Included in the Qumulo Software Subscription
With the HPE Server running Qumulo software, customers gain a density-optimized, rack-mount file storage solution available in 1U or 2U configurations. All-NVMe flash nodes range from 38 TB to 921 TB while Hybrid-NVMe nodes span from 32 TB to 576 TB. For large-scale Archive environments a 4U option is available with the HPE Alletra Storage server 4140 offering an ideal balance of density and cost-efficiency.
The Qumulo software license is a capacity-based subscription that includes all listed features and capabilities of the Qumulo Core software— without additional hidden costs—simplifying procurement, ownership, and administration. As an optional enhancement, customers can integrate Qumulo Cloud Data Fabric to unlock expanded capabilities, enabling seamless and efficient dataset collaboration.

Service and Support
Servers Hardware Warranty
HPE nodes for Qumulo are covered by a global limited warranty and supported by HPE Services and a worldwide network of HPE Authorized Channel Partners resellers. Hardware diagnostic support and repair is available for three years from date of purchase. Support for HPE software and initial setup is available for 90 days from date of purchase. Enhancements to warranty services are available through HPE Services operational services or customized service agreements. Hard drives, which are part of the solution, have three-year warranty, unless specifically called out as one year warranty. Same for SSDs unless they have hit their DWPD limits. Please refer to the specific drive QuickSpecs for further details.
Notes: Server Warranty includes 3-Year Parts, 3-Year Labor, 3-Year Onsite support with next business day response. Warranty repairs may be accomplished through the use of Customer Self Repair (CSR) parts. These parts fall into two categories: 1) Mandatory CSR parts are designed for easy replacement. Travel and labor charge will result when customers decline to replace a Mandatory CSR part; 2) Optional CSR parts are also designed for easy replacement but may involve added complexity.
