    Overview

    This course provides knowledge and understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) terminology and general principles. It covers potential benefits, the types of artificial intelligence, the basic process of machine learning (ML), the challenges and risks associated with AI, and the future of AI and humans in work. Additionally, the course introduces management of change (MoC) concepts needed to lead people through organizational changes caused by the influence of AI in the work. You gain understanding on the impact that the introduction of AI will have on your organization, how people may react to those changes, and what support they might need during the workplace transition to AI. It covers how to build a change plan that will help avoid or mitigate risks on the people side. This course is a mix of training (80%) and workshop interactions (20%).
