When can I take a course and get extended lab access?
Eligible courses taken during the promotional period (April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2026) include extended lab access.
How much extended lab access do I receive?
You receive 30 days of access from the start date of your eligible class.
How do I access the labs during the extended access period?
You continue to use the unique login you received during your class.
Is there an additional cost to receive extended lab access?
For eligible classes, there is no additional cost for extended lab access during the promotional period.
What happens if I take a class in December with the promotion ending on December 31?
Your extended lab access will continue into January 2027, ending 30 days after the start of your class.
If I have problems accessing the lab, how do I receive support during the extended access period?
You can contact support at vlabs.hpe.com/ticket.htm if you should have a problem accessing the lab environment.
Can I get help with a lab exercise during the extended access period?
Help with lab exercises is not available after the last day of class.
Do I have access to my instructor during the extended access period?
There is no access to your instructor after the last day of class. Support is available for HPE vLabs access only.
How does extended lab access help me?
The labs help to reinforce your new skills through hands-on practice in a nonproduction environment.
Will more courses be added to the extended lab promotion?
Additional courses may be added during the promotional period.
Can previous students get extended lab time?
Extended lab access is only for those students who take eligible courses during the promotional period.
Can I share my access with others?
Only students who take eligible courses during the promotional period receive extended lab time. The lab access cannot be shared with another person or group.
