Foundation Care Call to Repair Service

24 hours per day, seven days per week including HPE holidays. Our commitment is to have the hardware operational within six hours after we receive your call.

Foundation Care 24x7 Service

24 hours per day, seven days per week including HPE holidays with a four-hour onsite response time for hardware and a two-hour response time for software.

Foundation Care Next Business Day Service

Next-business-day onsite response with coverage for local business hours, standard business days. Service is available nine hours per day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, excluding HPE holidays.

Foundation Care 4 Hour Exchange Service

24 hours per day, seven days per week including HPE holidays. Networking components will be exchanged within four hours after opening the case; software support is also included. Available for select HPE products; not available on all products.
