At HPE Services, we know that each organization has unique service and support challenges, requirements, and objectives—which is why HPE Tech Care Service provides a choice of three service levels aligned to specific business needs.
- Critical service level—for business-critical systems that require the highest level of response. This level includes a 15-minute* remote response time and HPE’s leading 6-hour hardware call to repair (CTR). When a business-impacting situation occurs, rely on HPE experts to provide additional assistance and clarity with Outage Management, a feature available only with HPE Tech Care Critical Service.
- Essential service level—for systems that support standard business operations yet are sensitive to downtime. Available 24x7, this level includes a 15-minute* remote response time and provides 4-hour on-site attendance to address hardware failures.
- Basic service level—provides coverage for systems with a tolerance of downtime or for systems that might not directly support business operations, such as development and test systems. This level provides a 2-hour response time during local business hours and next-business-day on-site attendance.
