You need a highly skilled workforce to meet the challenges of accelerated digital transformation. Your organization requires an agile and flexible skills development program to provide just-in-time training to achieve the right skills and keep pace with rapid technology change.
With HPE Education Learning Credits, you pre-fund training by purchasing credits ahead of time and redeeming the credits as needed to meet training requirements. By pre-funding training, you stretch training budgets, align with the budget cycle, streamline purchasing, simplify registration, and improve training management. But most importantly — your staff gets the expertise and skills they need to address the demands of the current IT landscape.

- HPE Education Learning Credits may be purchased through HPE or an authorized HPE reseller. Consult your country for local pricing. A minimum purchase amount may be required in some countries. Additional credits can be purchased at any time.
- HPE Education Learning Credits can be used for any training course or service provided through education practice within HPE Services. Our offerings can be found at hpe.com/ww/learn. In addition to instructor-led / virtual instructor-led training (VILT) classes and eLearning courses, HPE Education Learning Credits can be redeemed for HPE Right Start Knowledge Bundles

- Your purchase of HPE Education Learning Credits cannot be used for industry events or training services provided by other HPE organizations. HPE Education Learning Credits cannot be used for HPE Management of Change Services.
- Course registration and availability are on a first-come, first-served basis. Local country standard HPE terms and conditions apply to course cancellations, student withdrawals, and on-site or dedicated delivery cancellations and changes. - HPE Education Learning Credits purchased as part of another HPE contract are valid for the duration of the contract, and must be redeemed and training scheduled, during that period.
- Once you purchase HPE Education Learning Credits, Hewlett Packard Enterprise provides information regarding the start and end date of your redemption period.
- Unused credits are forfeited at expiration, and no extension beyond the expiration date is permitted. Additional credits can be purchased throughout the redemption period; however, new credits are subject to the same expiration date.
- HPE Education Learning Credits are non-refundable.
- A valid account number is required to register. Customers are responsible for ensuring all registrations and orders are correctly identified to HPE and only authorized people within their organization use the HPE Education Learning Credits.
- HPE provides an online portal so that customers can monitor their HPE Education Learning Credits account balance.
- HPE Education Learning Credits included as part of another HPE contract are eligible for the discounts that are applied to the associated contract. HPE Education Learning Credits are not eligible for additional discounts through other HPE promotions or discount programs. Payment terms follow the associated contract.
