HPE Packaged Support Services

Service overview

This addendum to the HPE Complete Care Service — Starter Pack data sheet or the HPE Complete Care Service data sheet, as applicable, describes the HPE Complete Care Service — Storage Performance Optimization, which is an optional extension of HPE Complete Care Service. The HPE Complete Care Service — Storage Performance Optimization offers additional proactive service features specific to supporting Customers’ eligible HPE Alletra 9000, HPE Primera, and/or HPE 3PAR products.

The HPE Complete Care Service — Storage Performance Optimization provides a scorecard assessment of system configuration, capacity, and supportability for a single eligible product. The assessment findings are compared to HPE best practices, and an assessment report is provided that includes recommendations intended to improve availability and ongoing management of the Customer’s supported technology.

The service is delivered for a single HPE Alletra 9000, HPE Primera, or HPE 3PAR storage product and does not include performance analysis, testing, or modeling. The service requires that remote monitoring be enabled on the supported technologies being assessed.

The assessment results are intended to improve the utilization of the supported technologies and identify potential problems before they may impact availability or performance.
