HPE Digital Learner is a subscription-based learning solution that provides training for HPE products and technologies. It includes self‑paced courses, videos, practice labs, curated learning paths, digital badges, and more. With subscription services, training costs are more predictable and provide flexibility to meet modern training needs.

Subscription services and components
Digital Learner is available in bronze, silver, and gold subscription tiers. Each subscription includes a one‑year term and access to training content based on the selected level. See Table 1. Digital Learner components and features for more details.

Digital Learner portal access
Access to the Digital Learner portal and eLearning content is available 24x7, 365 days a year, except during planned maintenance periods. HPE will provide advance email notification for any planned outages.
Customer responsibilities
For any Digital Learner subscription, Customer will be responsible for ensuring that end-user network and equipment meet the minimum technical requirements as specified by HPE.
For all Digital Learner subscriptions, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that end‑user networks and equipment meet the minimum technical requirements specified by HPE.
For Digital Learner enterprise subscriptions, the Customer has additional responsibilities to enable delivery of services through a private team or portal:
- Notify HPE promptly when a named user no longer requires access or leaves the organization to prevent continued access
- Provide HPE with a list of users to be granted access, including first name, last name, company, email address, and country of residence
- If applicable, provide a subset list of named users to whom user seats should be assigned
- Designate at least one named user as a team leader (maximum of two team leaders)
- Ensure designated team leaders access self‑service standard reports within the portal
- Designate a single point of contact to coordinate subscription setup activities, including user access, learning path selection, team configuration, team leaders, private portal branding, and, where applicable, SSO integration
General provisions and other exclusions
Digital Learner subscription services apply to one named user per license at the time of purchase and are non‑transferable.
Third‑party training courses and third‑party‑delivered training are excluded unless expressly stated. All services are governed by the HPE Education Services terms applicable to the Customer’s country (available at hpe.com/ww/learncontact).
Subscriptions may not be terminated by the Customer prior to the end of the subscription term. Any unused service features at the end of the term are forfeited, and no credits or refunds are provided for unused services.
Data protection
HPE may process Customer business contact information solely for the purpose of delivering the Digital Learner services. As the data controller, HPE will protect such information using appropriate technical and organizational measures and process it in accordance with the HPE Privacy Policy and applicable laws. HPE retains no ownership rights to Customer business contact information.
Where Customer receives personal data relating to HPE employees, Customer agrees to protect such data in accordance with its own privacy policies and applicable laws.
