When and where is HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 taking place?

HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 begins with a Welcome Reception on June 23 and continues through June 26, 2025. It is taking place at The Venetian Convention and Expo Center in Las Vegas, located at 201 Sands Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada.

Where can I browse conference content?

The HPE Discover Las Vegas Content Catalog, set to launch in early April, will provide a robust list of sessions, demos, hands-on labs, and other content available at HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025. You will be able to search by keywords, session type, and topics to start pre-planning your schedule. After mid-May 2025, registered attendees will be able to log in to the Agenda Builder with their registration email and password to add specific content to their personal agenda.

 

How do I build an agenda?

You can easily create your personalized agenda via the Attendee Portal. Registered attendees will be able to access the agenda upon logging in early May.

 

Will presentations be available after the conference is over?

The PDF versions of most presentations will be available for download in the Agenda Builder at the completion of HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025.

 

Will there be any virtual programming at HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025?

Some key content will be streamed live and made available on-demand after the conference. You can enjoy the best of 2024 now.

 

Are any parties or networking events being offered? 

Yes. How do I register for HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025?

How can I check if I am registered, or what should I do if I haven’t received my confirmation email?

You should receive a confirmation email from HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 after registering. This email will have your confirmation number and a link to access your conference profile. Please check your spam folder or contact the HPE Discover 2025 Registration Team at eventhelp@hpeglobalevents.com if you don’t see this email in your inbox.

 

How do I get a confirmation of my hotel registration?

If you made a hotel reservation and completed the hotel booking process, you will receive confirmation of your reservation in a separate email. If you have not yet received the confirmation email, or cannot locate it, please reach out to hotels@hpeglobalevents.com for assistance.

 

Once I am registered, how do I get my badge for HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025?

Event name badges will be distributed at the onsite Registration desk.

Please note that badges must be worn at all times. For security reasons, this also includes the evening Celebration event.

Access to HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 will be restricted to badged attendees only. Please bring photo identification with you, as identification is required to pick up your badge upon arrival. If you lose your event badge, please return to the Registration desk with your photo ID and you will be issued with a new one. There will be a badge print fee to replace lost badges.

 

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

From June 9 through June 26, 2024, registrants wishing to cancel their registration may propose a colleague as a substitute. However, no elements of the conference package booking may be amended, including the hotel booking. Substitution requests must be received in writing via email to the HPE Discover Las Vegas Event Team at eventhelp@hpeglobalevents.com indicating both the original and the substitute registrant.

Please note: A registration cancellation or substitution does not update a hotel reservation/booking. Please follow the hotel cancellation terms included in your registration and hotel confirmation. For questions, contact the hotel team.

Celebration

Will there be an HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 Celebration?

The HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 Celebration will be a spectacular evening with amazing entertainment. We’ll be announcing details about Celebration soon–stay tuned!
Meals

Are meals included in my registration?

Meals and refreshments will be available throughout the conference. 

 

If I have dietary restrictions, how do I let the conference organizers know?

During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to let us know of any special dietary requirements or food allergies. HPE works closely with the venue to create menus that can be enjoyed by all attendees.
Logistics, details

Is transportation provided from the airport to The Venetian Conference and Expo Center for HPE Discover attendees?

Transportation from Harry Reid International Airport is not included in your registration fees. But there are ample options for getting to the conference venue from the airport such as taxis and ride-shares.

Taxis are available directly from either terminal. At Terminal 1, taxis are located on the east side of baggage claim, outside doors 1–4. At Terminal 3, taxis are located outside Level Zero. It is a three-mile trip to The Venetian Resort. The average cost for a taxi is $25–$40, depending on the route and time of day.

At Terminal 1, the ride-share pickup location is situated on Level 2 of the T1 Parking Garage. From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near Door 2 up to Level 2, cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage, and the pickup area is to the right. At Terminal 3, the ride-share pickup is facilitated on the Valet Level of the T3 Parking Garage.

At Terminal 1, group shuttles are available on the west side of baggage claim outside door exits 7–13. 

At Terminal 3, shuttles are conveniently located outside on Level Zero on the west end of the building to serve domestic travelers and on the east end of the building to accommodate international travelers.

 

What is the dress code for HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025?

HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 is a business casual conference. We suggest bringing comfortable shoes and a jacket or sweater.

 

Will there be a coat check or luggage storage at HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025?

Yes, a cloakroom and luggage storage facilities will be available at The Venetian where you can securely store your suitcases, backpacks or coats. More details to follow. 

 

Is there a mobile app for HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025?

For personalized session scheduling, maps, updates, and information, download the official mobile app by searching for “HPE Discover 2025” on Google Play or the App Store. The mobile app will be available starting in early June.

Code of Conduct

Being unconditionally inclusive is an HPE core behavior. We expect all HPE Discover participants to uphold this Code of Conduct by ensuring that this is a safe environment for all participants to thrive, learn, and be their authentic selves.

The Code of Conduct applies to all aspects of the main event, any related activities, and any social activities while at HPE Discover. HPE will not tolerate any disrespectful behavior that is disruptive or degrading to others. This includes during session discussions, as well as in personal conversations and text or email messages.

The HPE Global Non-Discrimination Policy and Global Harassment-Free Work Environment Policy forbids all forms of harassment and discrimination by a HPE manager, people leader, co-worker or any third party, including any comments or conduct that fails to respect the dignity and feelings of an individual at a Hewlett Packard Enterprise event.

HPE is committed to making HPE Discover a non-discriminatory and harassment-free experience for everyone. Harassment is defined as offensive verbal, physical, or visual behavior and actions toward an individual, based upon the individual’s gender, color, race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, age, disability, pregnancy, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, covered military or veteran status, protected genetic information, political affiliation or any other characteristic protected by applicable local law.

Behavior violating this Code of Conduct will result in you forfeiting your right to attend the remainder of the conference without a refund, at the discretion of the conference organizers. We encourage everyone to support our unconditionally inclusive, welcoming, and safe environment. Please report any concerns, harassing behavior, or suspicious or disruptive activity to the nearest event staff.

Health and Safety

Your health and safety are important to us. HPE continues to monitor guidelines for health and safety measures and will adjust our plans and health protocols as necessary. HPE will follow all applicable laws, adapting our plans accordingly and sharing updates with HPE Discover 2025 audiences.

Attendees are not required to provide proof of vaccination or proof of negative COVID-19 test result.

 

When not to attend

If you are feeling unwell or meet any of the criteria below, we ask that you refrain from attending HPE Discover 2025 Las Vegas:

  • Individuals who have been tested and confirmed as having COVID-19 or have been diagnosed as a probable COVID-19 case in the five days prior to HPE Discover 2024.
  • Individuals who do not satisfy the proper completion of CDC COVID-19 isolation guidelines before leaving for Las Vegas should not attend.
  • Individuals who have been advised or instructed by a health care provider, public health authority, or any other government authority to be under any form of quarantine or isolation.
  • Individuals who, in the five days prior to the event, have had any communicable disease or illness symptoms (e.g., fever, dry cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, a new loss of sense of taste or smell or other COVID-19 related symptoms).
