When and where is HPE Discover Las Vegas 2026 taking place?

HPE Discover Las Vegas 2026 begins with a Welcome Reception on June 15 and continues through June 18, 2026. It is taking place at The Venetian Convention and Expo Center in Las Vegas, located at 201 Sands Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada.

Where can I browse conference content?

The HPE Discover Las Vegas Content Catalog will launch soon and will provide a robust list of all sessions, demos, hands-on labs, and other content available at HPE Discover Las Vegas 2026. You will be able to search by keywords, session type, and topics to start pre-planning your schedule. Registered attendees will be able to log in to the Agenda Builder with their registration email and password to add specific content to their personal agenda.

How do I build an agenda?

You can easily create your personalized agenda via the Attendee Portal. Registered attendees will be able to access the Agenda Builder in early May.

Will presentations be available after the conference is over?

The PDF versions of most presentations will be available for download in the Agenda Builder at the completion of HPE Discover Las Vegas 2026.

Will there be any virtual programming at HPE Discover Las Vegas 2026?

Some key content will be streamed live and made available on-demand after the conference. You can enjoy the best of HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 and the best of HPE Discover Barcelona 2025 now.

Will any parties or networking events be offered?

Yes. How do I register for HPE Discover Las Vegas 2026?

How much does a pass to HPE Discover cost?

A general pass to HPE Discover is $1,995. Your pass includes access to everything the conference has to offer including the keynote, as well as general and luminary sessions. You’ll also have access to hundreds of breakout sessions and live demos, multiple professional networking experiences, and other 1:1 consultation opportunities. A Welcome Reception and our HPE Celebration event as well as food and beverage throughout the event are also included. For an HPE Discover pass plus access to our training and certification offerings, the cost is $2,595. 

How can I check if I am registered, or what should I do if I haven’t received my confirmation email?

You should receive a confirmation email from HPE Discover Las Vegas 2026 after registering. This email will have your confirmation number and a link to access your conference profile. Please check your spam folder or contact the HPE Discover 2026 Registration Team at eventhelp@hpeglobalevents.com if you don’t see this email in your inbox.

How do I get confirmation of my hotel registration?

If you made a hotel reservation and completed the hotel booking process, you will receive confirmation of your reservation in a separate email. If you have not yet received the confirmation email, or cannot locate it, please reach out to hotels@hpeglobalevents.com for assistance.

Once I am registered, how do I get my badge for HPE Discover Las Vegas 2026?

Event name badges will be distributed at the onsite Registration desk. 

Please note that badges must be worn at all times. For security reasons, this also includes the evening Celebration event.

Access to HPE Discover Las Vegas 2026 will be restricted to badged attendees only. Please bring photo identification with you, as identification is required to pick up your badge upon arrival. If you lose your event badge, please return to the Registration desk with your photo ID and you will be issued with a new one. There will be a badge print fee to replace lost badges.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Registrants wishing to cancel their registration may propose a colleague as a substitute. However, no elements of the conference package booking may be amended, including the hotel booking. Substitution requests must be received in writing via email to the HPE Discover Las Vegas Event Team at eventhelp@hpeglobalevents.com indicating both the original and the substitute registrant.

Please note: A registration cancellation or substitution does not update a hotel reservation/booking. Please follow the hotel cancellation terms included in your registration and hotel confirmation. For questions, contact the hotel team.

Are meals included in my registration?

Meals and refreshments will be available throughout the conference.

If I have dietary restrictions, how do I let the conference organizers know?

During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to let us know of any special dietary requirements or food allergies. HPE works closely with the venue to create menus that can be enjoyed by all attendees.

Is transportation provided from the airport to The Venetian Conference and Expo Center for HPE Discover attendees?

Transportation from Harry Reid International Airport is not included in your registration fees. But there are ample options for getting to the conference venue from the airport such as taxis and ride-shares. It is a 4.5 mile trip from the airport to The Venetian Resort, and it takes 10–20 minutes, depending on traffic

Taxis are available directly from either terminal. At Terminal 1, taxis are located on the east side of baggage claim, outside doors 1–4. At Terminal 3, taxis are located outside Level Zero. The estimated taxi fare is $23–$27 one-way, before tip.

At Terminal 1, the ride-share pickup location is situated on Level 2 of the T1 Parking Garage. From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near Door 2 up to Level 2, cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage, and the pickup area is to the right​​. At Terminal 3, the ride-share pickup is facilitated on the Valet Level of the T3 Parking Garage​​.

At Terminal 1, group shuttles are available on the west side of baggage claim outside door exits 7–13.

At Terminal 3, shuttles are conveniently located outside on Level Zero on the west end of the building to serve domestic travelers and on the east end of the building to accommodate international travelers.

What is the dress code for HPE Discover Las Vegas 2026?

HPE Discover Las Vegas 2026 is a business casual conference. We suggest bringing comfortable shoes and a jacket or sweater.

Will there be a coat check or luggage storage at HPE Discover Las Vegas 2026?

Yes, a cloakroom and luggage storage facilities will be available at The Venetian where you can securely store your suitcases, backpacks or coats. More details to follow.

Is there a mobile app for HPE Discover Las Vegas 2026?
