When and where is HPE Discover Celebration?
HPE Discover Celebration will take place on Wednesday, June 17, from 7:30–10:30 p.m. and will be hosted at Allegiant Stadium, located at 3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118.
Do I need a ticket to get into HPE Discover Celebration?
Every attendee will be required to wear their HPE Discover conference badge to access Celebration. It is your "ticket" to the event. You can pick up your badge with a photo ID at the HPE Discover Registration desk.
Can I bring a guest to the Celebration?
Registered attendees (including HPE employees) will each be permitted to purchase one guest pass for $225. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older to attend Celebration.
Guest pass purchases can be made via two options:
- Online during registration or by returning to the attendee portal.
- Onsite at Main Registration, which is located in The Venetian Level 1 Foyer, beginning Wednesday, June 17, at 7:00 a.m.
Guest passes will be available for pick up at HPE Discover Main Registration beginning Wednesday, June 17, starting at 7:00 a.m. and also at the Allegiant Stadium Box Office when the doors open for Celebration.
NOTE: Guest name and email must be different than the email used for the HPE Discover Las Vegas 2026 registered attendee and will be collected at the time of purchase. The attendee and guest must both be present for guest badge pick up, with photo ID.
How do I get to and from Allegiant Stadium?
Complementary shuttle service will be provided to and from HPE Discover Celebration. Shuttles will run to Allegiant Stadium between 7:00-8:00 p.m. from these locations:
- The Venetian Convention and Expo Center, Hall G (F&B hall)
- Treasure Island Front Entrance/Tour Lobby
- The Wynn, South Entrance
Shuttles will return from Allegiant Stadium to the following locations between 9:00-11:00 p.m.:
- The Venetian Convention and Expo Center, Hall G (F&B hall)
- Treasure Island Front Entrance/Tour Lobby
- The Wynn, South Entrance
Please note: Your HPE Discover conference badge or a Guest Celebration Ticket will be required to board the shuttle. Those who pick up a Guest Ticket at Allegiant Stadium will be unable to board the shuttle to the Stadium but can use their Guest Ticket to take the Shuttle back after Celebration.
Attendees can also take a taxi or rideshare to Allegiant Stadium, which is located at 3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118.
What is the bag policy at Allegiant Stadium?
Only clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" and small clutch bags, purses, or wallets that don’t exceed 4.5" x 6.5" x 2" are permitted at HPE Discover Celebration.
Large bags, briefcases, backpacks, and luggage of any kind are strictly prohibited. An exception will be made for necessary medical items, but all such items are subject to inspection prior to entry into Allegiant Stadium. Find more information about the Allegiant Stadium bag policy here.
What is not permitted in Allegiant Stadium?
Backpacks, large bags, purses, outside food and drink, knives, fire arms, weapons, fireworks, professional cameras, video equipment, go pros, audio recording devices, cans, glass bottles, laser pointers, large signs or signage unrelated to the show, and selfie sticks are not permitted in Allegiant Stadium.
Will there be a place to check bags?
Yes, a complimentary bag check will be provided in Parking Lot B at Allegiant Stadium. There will be event staff on-site to help direct you to the Bag Check. Please note that we discourage guests from bringing baggage for safety and security reasons.
I was invited to a sponsored experience at HPE Discover Celebration. Where do I go?
Your host should provide you with a wristband to access the sponsored area as well as directions on how to get there. Please contact your host with any questions.
What if I’ve lost my conference badge or sponsor reception wristband?
The Allegiant Stadium Box Office will be open starting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, to assist you. Please note there is a $100 badge reprint fee. Credit cards are accepted for the reprint fee.
