How can I check if I am registered, or what should I do if I haven’t received my confirmation email?
You should receive a confirmation email from HPE Discover 2023 after registering. This email will have your confirmation number and a link to access your event profile. Please check your spam folder or contact the HPE Discover 2023 Support Team at support@hpeglobalevents.com if you don’t see this email in your inbox.

What is the HPE Discover cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your event registrations, the following cancellation terms apply:
Through June 2, 2023, a $100 USD processing fee will be applied to all cancellation transactions. A refund will be issued for the amount paid minus the processing fee.
Cancellations taking place June 3 through June 22, 2023, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?
From June 3 through June 22, 2023, registrants wishing to cancel their registration may propose a colleague as a substitute. However, no elements of the event package booking may be amended, including the hotel booking. Substitution requests must be received in writing via email to the HPE Discover 2023 Registration Team indicating both the original and the substitute registrant. Note: a registration cancellation or substitution does not update a hotel reservation/booking. Please follow the hotel cancellation terms included in your registration and hotel confirmation. What language will HPE Discover 2023 be presented in?
HPE Discover 2023 will be conducted in English. A few sessions may also be delivered in Spanish, but the main spoken language will be English.

Where can I browse event content?
Launching in April, the Content Catalog will provide a robust list of sessions, demos, hands-on labs, and other content available at HPE Discover 2023. You can search by keywords, session type, and topics to start pre-planning your schedule. After you have registered, you can log in to the Agenda Builder after mid-May 2023 with your registration email and password to add specific content to your personal Agenda.

How do I build an agenda?
You can easily create your personalized agenda via the Agenda Builder. You will be able to access it upon logging in after mid-May. Simply find a session that interests you, view the session details, and click the “+” icon to add the session to your personal Agenda. To view your individual agenda, go to “My Agenda.” You can also download it to your Outlook, Google, or Yahoo calendar.

Will presentations be available after the conference is over?
The PDF versions of most presentations will be available for download in the Agenda Builder at the completion of HPE Discover 2023.

Will there be any virtual programming at HPE Discover 2023?
We will have some key content streamed live and made available on-demand after the event. You can enjoy the best of 2022 now.

What training courses are available? Is there a cost to attend?

How can I connect with other HPE Discover 2023 attendees?
There are numerous opportunities to connect with other HPE attendees over the course of the event. There is a networking area in the center of the HPE Discover Showcase, there will be meet-ups focused on specific topics and there is also the Tuesday networking reception and the Wednesday Celebration event.

Is there a nearby location where I can take a COVID test if I need to?
HPE Discover 2023 attendees can get tested for COVID at those available testing sites near the event location.
