HPE ProLiant XD245 Server
The HPE ProLiant Compute XD245 Server helps organizations take advantage of the latest AMD EPYC Venice processors with more compute, more memory bandwidth, and support for higher processor power levels. Compared to the HPE Cray XD225v, XD245 increases core counts from up to 160 to 256 cores per processor, expands memory channels from 24 to 32 per server, adds support for MRDIMMs, and supports processors up to 600W. Built on the HPE XD2300 architecture, XD245 delivers the infrastructure foundation needed for the next generation of CPU-intensive HPC workloads.

- More compute per node. Support more compute in every node with up to 256 AMD EPYC Venice cores per processor and up to 512 cores per node.
- More memory for every core. XD245 helps address data-intensive workloads with 16 memory channels per processor, support for RDIMMs up to 8000 MT/s and MRDIMMs up to 12800 MT/s, and higher memory bandwidth designed for AMD Venice.
- Built around the requirements of AMD Venice. XD245 was designed around increases in core counts, memory channels, processor power, and cooling requirements, with support for processors up to 600W, direct liquid cooling, and the XD2300 architecture.
