Heiko Meyer is the Executive Vice President, Office of the CEO, serving as a strategic advisor to HPE’s leadership team.
Heiko has spent nearly four decades at HPE/HP, most recently as Executive Vice President & Chief Sales Officer, where he led the largest sales transformation in HPE’s history. In this role, Heiko spearheaded shifts in the go-to-market model that more seamlessly connected customers with relevant HPE solutions. Heiko is retiring from HPE on March 31, 2026.
Heiko had previously held the role of Managing Director of Germany and Senior Vice President of the DACH-Russia sales geography, inclusive of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Russia. Heiko began his career with HP in 1984 as a student at the professional Academy (Berufsakademie). He has been with the company ever since, save for a two-year stint with IBM, in a variety of leadership roles across Imaging & Printing, Managed Enterprise Solutions, Compute, Services and Global Sales.
On October 23, 2025 Heiko assumed the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Hewlett-Packard GmbH in Germany, where he works closely with local leaders to ensure fair and effective operations of the business.
Heiko was born in Sindelfingen, Germany. He is married with three children.
