Hewlett Packard Enterprise ensures an environmentally responsible manner through a multi-phase recycling process.
Enterprise Business & Public Sector
Hewlett Packard Enterprise provides recycling service to our customer accounts. Hewlett Packard Enterprise Account Manager referral or proof of purchase (purchase receipt or delivery receipt or tax invoice) of a Hewlett Packard Enterprise product is required when returning non-Hewlett Packard Enterprise products. Minimum volume of 1 m3 or 1 pallet size applies.
How to request for this service
Click here to fill in a request form on Hewlett Packard Enterprise partner website. First-time customers will need to do a self-registration. Please read the Terms & Conditions before submitting a request.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise appointed logistics service provider will contact you to arrange a pickup schedule. The pickup will be carried out within 5 working days from your submission in general.
Engagement with Producer Responsibility Organisation
In addition to our IT Hardware Return & Recycle Program, we have partnered with a Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO) – Karo Sambhav”. Karo Sambhav is an industry collective program and helps us to:
- Implement our Extended Producers Responsibility by collecting and channelizing the e-waste generated from the 'end of life' products to an authorized dismantler or recycler
- Meet e-waste collection targets as prescribed under the E-waste Rules
- Create awareness
- Work towards development of a sustainable eco-system for effective management of e-waste

India RoHS material content declaration
All our products comply with the “India E-waste (Management) Rules, 2016” and the amendments made thereafter. All our products prohibit the use of lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls or polybrominated diphenyl ethers in concentrations exceeding 0.1 weight % and 0.01 weight % for cadmium, except for the exemptions set in Schedule II of the Rule.
