Remove Slot 2 PCI Card

Remove slot 2 PCI card in CS-Storm server.

    • 100509800 - PCIE CARD, DUAL PORT 8GB FC
    • 132-00150A - PCIE CARD, HCA CONNX-3 EN 10GB DUAL-P SFP+ PCIE-3 X8
  • Time: 20 minutes
  • Tools: Phillips screwdriver
  • Server Location: The server is removed from the rack, placed on a stable ESD-safe work surface, and the cover is removed.

This procedure applies only to 2626X server chassis (Intel® Washington Pass motherboards) only.

Remove PCI Card and Risers, CS-Storm, 00:00:34. This short clip shows how to remove the PCI card and riser.

  1. Remove two screws that secure the slot 2 PCI card to the rear panel.

  2. Remove the slot 2 PCI card and place it on an ESD-safe work surface.
