But with GreenLake Intelligence, our observability agent traces and correlates alerts across infrastructure, apps, and services. This agent consults with the networking agent and identifies the cause as a network switch with degraded performance. Our AI assistant surfaces this insight along with a recommended fix to you. No war rooms, no guesswork, just a quick solution.

Your team needs virtual machines spun up fast for a critical project. You give the AI assistant your requirements for cost, performance, latency and security of the environment. It prompts you to provide the serial number and MAC address of the device, then determines the appropriate subscription and management service to attach to it. You simply view and approve a summary of what will be done to add the device, and AI agents do the rest.
