View Support Files

Procedure to select a support bundle and view the support files

To view support files:

  1. Navigate to the Support tab.
    The Support Files screen displays and lists the support bundles that have been collected, by either the automatic or manual data collection process.
  2. Select a support bundle to view by clicking the checkbox next to the left of the collection time.
    1. Click the Action button.
    2. Select View content from the drop-down menu.
      The Support File Content screen opens and displays the following tabs: System Logs, Node Information, Web Logs, HA Logs, and Application State.
