Node Status Notifications
Explanation of node status problems and warnings
Three (3) or more consecutive WARNING or CRITICAL service entries issued by the monitoring utility indicated a recurring node state problem. When a recurring node state problem is detected, the Sonexion system sends a service notification email to subscribers alerting them to the issue. Service notifications include the same information provided in the service entry on the Health tab. This information includes the affected node, the node state (including a date and time stamp when the node state was last determined), and a node state description.
Notifications are configured using the cscli alerts_config command. This approach saves time by having important node service alerts pushed to subscribers instead of having to manually check node status in the Health tab.
