Manage Nodes

Overview of procedures to manage nodes (power on/off, power cycle, start/stop Lustre, and so forth) from the Node Control tab

The topics in this section provide the steps to perform day-to-day node operations through the Node Control tab. This section covers Lustre operations, such as starting, stopping, and mounting the Lustre file system, as well as operations to power nodes on/off, reboot nodes, power cycle nodes.

Sections that follow will discuss procedures to fail over and fail back node resources, and configure node minimum rebuild rates. For complete lists of available node operations, see the All Nodes in Filter Commands and Selected Nodes Commands topics.

Before a node operation can be run, the operation target nodes must be selected, as described in the Use Node Filters topic.
