Delete a Support File

Procedure the delete a support bundle file via the Support tab

Use the Delete feature to delete a selected support bundle file.

To delete a support bundle file:

  1. Navigate to the Support tab.
    The Support Files screen displays.
  2. Select the support bundle file to be deleted.
    1. Click the checkbox to the left of the collection time of the support bundle file to delete.
    2. Click the Action button.
    3. Select Delete from the drop-down menu.
      A window appears prompting to confirm the deletion. Click the OK button to delete the file.
