The following commands were added, changed, or removed in software release 3.1:

Updated	`nxd list`	Added `--perfmon` argument to display performance monitor details. Added `--statistics` argument to display stale statistical data of NXD. Added `--read-persistence` argument to turn read persistence on or off.	System Performance
Updated	`nxd modify`	Added the `--perfmon` and `--reset` arguments to modify performance monitoring for cache groups and to reset performance monitor counters.	System Performance
Updated	`lustre_network`	Added the `bonding` subcommands, used to manage Ethernet bonding for the high speed data network.	Lustre Network
