Collecting support data (SP)

Procedure
  1. On the main menu, select Service Processor.
  2. On the Actions menu, select Collect support data.
  3. In the Collect Support Data page:

    • To collect health data from SP and send it to Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), select SPLOR data.

    • To send the weekly files collected from the SP (since the last weekly process was run) to HPE, select Weekly data.

  4. Click Collect.
