Vice President of North American Channels, Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company
Jim Harold has held channel management roles in networking, security and storage for most of his 20+ year career. At Aruba, Jim is responsible for the North American channel business, including WLAN and switching. Prior to joining Aruba, he spent 12 years at SynOptics/Bay/Nortel where he held various positions up to VP of NA Channels. During his time at Blue Coat, he was credited for revamping the Company’s channel business to become one of the top global programs. He was also successful in launching early startups, including Ingrian and InfoBlox.
Vice President of Worldwide Channels, Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company
Donna Grothjan is vice president of worldwide channels for Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company. In this role, Donna leads and manages all aspects of Aruba’s partnering strategy, channel sales, partner programs, partner enablement and go to market for Alliances and OEM worldwide. In addition, she also has responsibility for overseeing all SMB-related strategy and planning for Aruba worldwide.
In her previous role, she was vice president of worldwide distribution for Hewlett Packard Enterprise and had worldwide responsibility for distribution strategy and sales for the Enterprise Group. She joined Hewlett Packard from Juniper Networks where during her nine-year tenure there she held a number of worldwide channel and distribution-focused executive positions. Prior to Juniper Networks, she served as senior vice president of product management for Ingram Micro North America, where she was responsible for all product management roles including vendor relationships, business development and purchasing.
Grothjan has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and has been named one of CRN’s Power 100 executives for nine consecutive years in a row. She holds a bachelor of arts in business administration from California State University, Fullerton.
Vice President, Marketing, Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company
Chris Kozup is responsible for global marketing for Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. He joined Aruba Networks in March 2011 as Senior Director of marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa based in London. Prior to joining Aruba, Mr. Kozup was Director of Mobility Marketing at Cisco, where he was responsible for the market management and solutions marketing of Cisco’s $1.3 billion Wi-Fi business. Previously, Mr. Kozup was Program Director at the META Group where he was the primary analyst for enterprise networking solutions, including Wireless LAN, Unified Communications and Switching and Routing. He received an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain and a BA from Ohio University, USA.
President, Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company
Dominic Orr is the President of Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. Mr. Orr leads the combined HPE Networking and Aruba Networks businesses across Data Center, Enterprise and SMB. Prior to merging with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Mr. Orr served as Aruba Networks’ Chairman of the Board, and he was named President and Chief Executive Officer in 2006. Mr. Orr joined Aruba from Nortel Networks where he was the President of the Intelligent Internet Business Unit. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alteon WebSystems, which merged with Nortel Networks in October 2000. Earlier in his career, Mr. Orr held leadership positions at Hughes Aircraft, Hewlett-Packard and Bay Networks.
Mr. Orr currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Division of Physics, Mathematics and Astronomy at the California Institute of Technology.
He earned a B.S. in Physics from City University of New York. Additionally, he holds a M.S. and PhD from the California Institute of Technology and was named a Distinguished Alumni in 2009
