Momentum in motion: How HPE Is helping partners win in a dynamic market

The start of FY26 has reinforced what we already know: when markets are uncertain, strong partnerships matter more than ever

In this article
  • HPE’s unified portfolio creates more opportunities for partners to cross sell, increase wallet share, and deliver differentiated solutions
  • HPE continues to invest heavily in partner enablement, skills development, and specialization
  • HPE Partner Ready Vantage directly ties expertise to earnings, rewarding partners for technical depth, portfolio breadth, and milestone achievement
  • HPE partners help customers with solutions that optimize existing environments and provide additional financial flexibility during a dynamic commodity cost environment

Our partners are operating in a fast-moving, demanding environment. AI driven infrastructure demand continues to accelerate, while global commodity supply, particularly silicon and memory, remain tight. Customers want to move quickly on AI, cloud, and modernization initiatives, but they also want certainty of supply and long-term value.

We are managing this cycle proactively and intentionally. We have expanded our long-term, multiyear agreements with key silicon and memory suppliers to lock in capacity and improve allocation visibility. We are also buffering inventory in targeted areas and working closely with suppliers to secure forecasted demand.  Through it all, our commitment to transparency remains firm. We appreciate your partnership as we navigate a very dynamic market together.

Against this backdrop, our strategy for partner success remains clear and consistent, anchored in three priorities: innovation, expertise, and margin.

Innovation: Turning AI and cloud momentum into real customer outcomes

Innovation continues to be the engine of growth across the HPE Channel and Partner Ecosystem. As AI enters a new phase, defined by scale, real-time intelligence, and agentic workflows, infrastructure requirements are expanding rapidly. Networking, hybrid cloud, and AI platforms are now foundational.

Our networking portfolio, now unified and strengthened following the acquisition of Juniper Networks, is built to support AI at scale, from data center switching and routing to long-haul datacenter interconnect and AI-driven operations. At the same time, our cloud and AI innovations continue to help customers modernize IT, deploy workloads faster, and operate with greater agility.

For partners, this breadth matters. A unified portfolio creates more opportunities to cross‑sell, increase wallet share, and deliver differentiated solutions that address real customer challenges.

Expertise: Enabling partners to lead with confidence

As technology becomes more complex, expertise is the ultimate differentiator. Customers increasingly rely on partners not just to implement solutions, but to act as trusted advisors, shape architecture decisions, guide AI strategy, and drive business outcomes.

That’s why we continue to invest heavily in partner enablement, skills development, and specialization. The launch of HPE Partner Ready Vantage marked a major step forward in recognizing and rewarding partner expertise across Build, Sell, and Service motions. Based on specialized competencies, the program helps partners differentiate in the market, deliver higher-value services, and create clearer growth paths for their businesses.

We’re expanding enablement resources to match our evolving portfolio. New competencies, such as HPE Solutions for Cloud IT Ops and the updated Private Cloud with Virtualization, enable partners to enter new markets and offer advanced services.

Simultaneously, by integrating Juniper Networks sales into a unified HPE Networking team, we’ve recently onboarded over 1,000 new partners, streamlined account coverage and broadened reach, accelerating execution and deepening partner collaboration.

The result is an ecosystem that is better equipped not just to keep up with change, but to lead it.

Margin: Building profitable, sustainable growth

Momentum matters, but sustainable, profitable growth is how we win together.

Partners are increasingly focused on higher-margin opportunities that span multiple parts of the HPE portfolio. Selling across networking, hybrid cloud, AI, and compute builds deeper customer relationships, and creates more predictable, recurring revenue streams.

Partners can further boost profitability by adding their own services to the solution, such as migration, consulting, and other value‑added offerings.

HPE Partner Ready Vantage directly ties expertise to earnings, rewarding partners for technical depth, portfolio breadth, and milestone achievement. Programs like the new Triple Platinum Plus recognize partners who invest for the long term and lead across the full HPE portfolio.

In this dynamic commodity cost environment, we can help customers with a number of solutions that optimize existing environments and provide additional financial flexibility.

A portfolio to lead the way

In this dynamic commodity cost environment, we can help customers with a number of solutions that optimize existing environments and provide additional financial flexibility.

Our long-term shift to technology as a service is a clear advantage. GreenLake delivers a cloud experience delivering true end-to-end orchestration across multi-cloud domains, multi-generation IT, and multi-vendor infrastructure.  It allows our nearly 50,000 GreenLake customers to place workloads where they make most sense and avoid over-provisioning.  GreenLake lets customers scale without large upfront investments or long lead times. They have access to a reserve capacity, which only pay for when they use it. GreenLake usage analytics determine whether additional capacity is required.

HPE CloudPhysics
is also in high demand as it delivers rapid, data-driven assessments and gives customers clear visibility into their current environments and uncovers underutilized memory and other resources, overprovisioned VMs, and unnecessary license spend.

Consequently, many partners are introducing customers to HPE Morpheus VM Essentials and reducing licensing costs by up to 90%.  HPE VM Essentials provides customers a truly agnostic solution for managing all their workloads - virtualized, container-based, or bare metal.

It’s great to see so many partners actively promoting HPE Financial Services’ financing, including the new 90/9 program, which enables customers to deploy eligible networking, compute, storage, and software with no payments for up to 90 days, followed by just 1% payments for the next nine months, providing the necessary financial headroom while moving projects forward.

The start of FY26 has reinforced what we already know: when markets are uncertain, strong partnerships matter more than ever. Our priorities are unchanged: to innovate boldly, deepen expertise, and drive margin-rich growth.

The start of FY26 has reinforced what we already know: when markets are uncertain, strong partnerships matter more than ever. Our priorities are unchanged: to innovate boldly, deepen expertise, and drive margin-rich growth.

The momentum we are seeing across the ecosystem is encouraging.

Together, HPE and our partners are not just navigating change. We are shaping what comes next - delivering confidence, clarity, and customer outcomes that stand the test of time.
