HPE enters FY2026 with momentum and accelerated innovation
Record profitable growth in Q4, HPE Discover Barcelona breakthroughs, and Juniper Networks integration drive HPE leadership

What an incredible week! After spending time with the more than 5,000 attendees at HPE Discover Barcelona, I am energized by the conversations and ideas our customers and partners shared with us. I greatly value hearing directly from our customers and partners about their goals, the challenges they face, and how they envision HPE supporting them in realizing their future ambitions.
But what excites me most is using this feedback to accelerate the pace of innovation HPE delivers.
Every innovation we unveiled this week is about helping customers unlock ambition—enabling them to pursue bold ideas, realize new opportunities, and achieve outcomes that matter most to their businesses.
At Discover Barcelona, three themes stood out in my conversations with customers:
- Networking integration and speed: Many customers told me how impressed they are with the speed of our integration with Juniper Networks. They are excited about the possibilities this combination unlocks. I was proud to discuss our unified AI-native networking strategy – as well as unveil portfolio innovation and integration across HPE Aruba Networking Central and HPE Juniper Networking Mist, HPE OpsRamp Software, plus compatibility with GreenLake Intelligence, all to advance “AI for networks” and “networks for AI” in the agentic AI era.
- Modernizing for AI, cloud, and virtualization: I heard from organizations that are rethinking their cloud strategies to embrace the emerging imperative of cloud-native AI workloads. They are looking for solutions that simplify costs, licensing, security, resilience, and compliance, while delivering greater agility and performance. To meet these complex challenges, we announced new and enhanced software across our hybrid cloud stack—moving faster than the market to deliver what enterprises need for virtualization, cloud-native, and AI workloads.
- AI accelerating into production: The excitement around AI was palpable. I heard very compelling examples of how our customers are scaling their AI deployments to drive operational efficiency, enable new breakthroughs, and unlock business outcomes. Our announcements—from the first AMD “Helios” AI rack-scale architecture with integrated scale-up Ethernet networking to an expanded partnership with NVIDIA through our NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE portfolio—are designed to help organizations deploy and scale AI faster, whether at the edge, in the data center, or across sovereign supercomputing systems.
Every innovation we unveiled this week is about helping customers unlock ambition—enabling them to pursue bold ideas, realize new opportunities, and achieve outcomes that matter most to their businesses.
Stronger than ever
I am genuinely excited about the strength and momentum we have built at HPE. Our innovation across networking, cloud, and AI has driven customer demand—and we have been able to capture that demand through strong execution.
This momentum is reflected in the solid financial results we announced today. In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, customers turned to HPE to help them innovate and grow, driving record revenue and profitability. We delivered $9.7 billion in Q4 revenue, a 14% increase year-over-year. For the full year, our revenue reached $34.3 billion, also up 14%—a reflection that our solutions are resonating.
Before I close, I want to share a personal moment from my time in Barcelona. While I was there, I made it a point to practice my Catalan—a language that is new to me. Everyone I met was incredibly patient and encouraging. Their kindness made the experience not only enjoyable but also a reminder of how important it is to connect with people in meaningful ways, even if it is just a few words in their language.
