Helping telcos and enterprises accelerate innovation to harness AI-driven market opportunities
New technology advances from HPE Aruba Networking help telco customers generate new revenue sources with high-growth opportunities such as AI inferencing at the edge, and cloudification of networking functions while reducing costs with campus and branch AIOps and embedded support for telco requirements
- HPE Aruba Networking is innovating to enable enterprises to accelerate their businesses and telcos to efficiently expand their revenue by addressing new market opportunities
- For telcos to capture the AI opportunity, innovation in the network and the associated IT stack must accelerate at a much faster pace than industry incumbents have delivered
- With AI opening up new revenue streams, new services, and new capabilities that telcos can provide their customers, HPE Aruba Networking is continuing our innovation leadership to help providers build next-generation networks for maximizing AI opportunities
- In addition, HPE is continuing to build in telco-centric capabilities that reduce the proliferation of hardware and increase ROI
Customers and partners from across the telco and networking industries are facing unprecedented network and service requirements, with AI workloads putting ever greater demand on their networks. At Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona, HPE will be sharing its perspective on how the market inflection from AI will have a monumental impact on the network, edge, and data center businesses for the telco and communications service provider industry – and the role HPE Aruba Networking will play in moving the market ahead.
At MWC 2025, HPE will be sharing its perspective on how the market inflection from AI will have a monumental impact on the network, edge, and data center businesses for the telco and communications service provider industry
HPE conversations at Mobile World Congress will be focused on these two areas:
- How newly expanding innovations from the HPE Aruba Networking portfolio will help partners and customers capitalize on high growth opportunities.
- New opportunity areas for the telco industry that can help service providers generate new revenue through exceptional user experiences with AI-powered campus and branch networking.
For telcos to capitalize on AI opportunities, innovation in both the campus and telco core network and the associated IT stack must accelerate at a much faster pace, yet the leading networking incumbents are moving too slowly. HPE also firmly believes that innovation and market competition are vital to ensuring that the U.S. continues to hold a leadership position in the global technology market and ensuring choice across the globe.
Announcing new innovations from the expanding HPE Aruba Networking portfolio
At Mobile World Congress, HPE Aruba Networking is introducing the CX 8325P network switch, featuring precision timing capabilities that provide an order of magnitude improvement in the precision of time synchronization for enterprises and public/private cellular networks for high-speed latency sensitive applications such as manufacturing and robotics, sound and broadcast control in large venue sites such as stadiums, Private 5G, AI and C-RAN installations.
HPE is also announcing a new partnership between HPE and T-Mobile that we believe will advance networking connectivity for small businesses. This collaboration introduces an advanced subscription solution that combines the T-Mobile Connected Workspace Program, including the Managed 5G Gateway service with HPE Networking Instant On Switch Series 1830 and HPE Networking Instant On Access Point AP21.
These announcements are examples of how HPE continues its commitment to the service provider market by helping telcos launch new services for their enterprise customers to connect the network edge to the cloud. This commitment will be on display this week at HPE’s booth, where it will be showcasing the future of wired and wireless connectivity with new solutions, as well as its edge compute, Private 5G, Wi-Fi, and unified SASE portfolio.
Future opportunity areas and innovation for the telco industry
At Mobile World Congress, HPE will also be sharing its perspective on key market opportunities with customers and partners that will enable telco customers to better monetize their network investments and accelerate the profitable growth of their businesses. As telcos are also refocusing their efforts on core connectivity, security, wireless access, data center switching, hybrid cloud, and WAN connectivity, they are increasingly looking to HPE to help incorporate AI solutions to improve observability, increase reliability, augment monetization, and enhance customer experience.
As AI applications continue moving to the edge, telco connectivity will play an increasingly crucial role. Ultra-low latency and high throughput are key to enabling real-time AI processing and uninterrupted performance for delivering seamless user experiences. AI is clearly the most data intensive application of our generation, and by leveraging the right infrastructure, AI inferencing at the edge will deliver new revenue streams, new services, and new capabilities that telcos can provide their customers.
Whether it’s network slicing, AI inferencing at the edge, cloudification, or autonomous networks, we’re excited to help customers and partners succeed in their mission to accelerate innovation in telco networks to take advantage of the AI wave
