- Today we are announcing the integration of the HPE Channel and Partner Ecosystem organization and the HPE Aruba Networking Channel organization into a single, combined channel organization within HPE Global Sales, effective 1st November
- This integration will unify and strengthen our partner strategy, help us better engage with colleagues and partners, and enable us to really operate as One Team - leveraging expertise across our entire innovation portfolio and, ultimately, unlocking improved experiences and outcomes for all
Last November, at the beginning of our fiscal year 2024, HPE refreshed its sales model to increase investment in the channel and accelerate wins with partners. This shift has resulted in tighter integrations that benefit our customers and partners, sparked innovation, and positioned us to continue winning in the market.
To further underscore HPE’s commitment to channel partners, today we are announcing that we will integrate HPE Aruba Networking’s channel team into our Global Sales organization. Effective November 1, the start of HPE’s 2025 fiscal year, this unification will strengthen our partner strategy as we leverage our similarities, enable HPE to deliver a seamless experience to all its channel partners, and simplify the engagement experience across our broad edge-to-cloud portfolio without losing the specialized focus on networking.

This integration takes into consideration HPE’s broader go-to-market strategy that includes retaining specialist sellers while maintaining multi-BU solution focused conversations with partners and customers. We need both specialization and solution-selling skills to win in the market.
Listening to our partners
Since the acquisition of Aruba Networks in 2015, we have continued to grow our channel business across all routes to market. The greater channel engagement has helped to drive more success in our networking business which continues to deliver strong results each year. At the same time, partners have requested a simplified engagement process to create more efficiency when working with customers on their infrastructure needs. The time is right to leverage our collective synergies to ensure that customers around the world know that their technology partners are delivering the best edge-to-cloud solutions.
This integration provides a great opportunity for our channel partners to have an improved experience working with HPE. Customers today expect to be connected anywhere and everywhere – our partners demand the same when working with HPE. As we bring together these teams and provide a single interface for partner engagement, partners will benefit from access to our broad portfolio of solutions. However, partners who focus on networking only will continue to have the same level of engagement as always.

Today, our partners can accelerate business outcomes from edge to cloud with the HPE Partner Ready Vantage program. Fully launched in November 2023, the program features tracks for HPE and HPE Aruba Networking based on a common blueprint designed to drive a consistent partner experience with the flexibility to address differences across our portfolio. More than 2,000 partners are enrolled in HPE Partner Ready Vantage and taking advantage of the enhanced opportunities to acknowledge and market their specialized skills as customer demands grow.
Similar to this unified program, following the combined interface we will remain the customer first, partner-centric company that delivers best-in-class edge-to-cloud solutions to enable continued growth for partners when they work with us.
