I’ve had the chance to work with many leaders throughout the three decades I’ve spent at Hewlett-Packard Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. While it’s good to have diverse opinions and problem-solving skills, I believe a key factor of success in any leader is the ability to see opportunity and seize it. That is never more true than when a leader is working with partners who span all routes to market and operate around the world. At the end of the day, any opportunity to work with partners means we are focused on doing our best for customers.

Here at HPE, partnership is in our DNA. We approach the relationship with each partner with the intent to help them help customers achieve their business goals. Beginning with our market-leading innovation, we work with partners to develop and deepen their expertise to ensure customers are working with the best of the best.

Laser focused

To achieve this, I am privileged to lead a global organization that provides the marketing, services, programs, and sales support our partners need to win deals and deliver results. Our results show that it’s a model that works and we remain laser focused on working with resellers, managed service providers, global system integrators, and distributors. Each route to market differs on how they support their customers, yet one aspect is consistent: they all need strong leadership to seize opportunities to win.

The leaders in the HPE Channel & Partner Ecosystem organization are seasoned professionals who are passionate about what they do. It’s an honor to work with each of them. I know they do great work, and it’s wonderful validation when their skills and strengths are recognized and lauded by the media.
