Today, Hewlett Packard Enterprise announced plans to spin off and merge its Enterprise Services business with CSC. The deal combines HPE's Enterprise Services business with CSC to create a new pure-play global IT services powerhouse, and also unlocks a standalone HPE to be more competitive, with faster growth, higher margins and stronger free cash flow.
