HPE has negotiated special discounted hotel room rates at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. To reserve a hotel room at the discounted rate, you must be a registered attendee. After completing the online registration, attendees will have the opportunity to book hotel accommodations. Book your accommodations early to secure preferred accommodations rates. Rates are not guaranteed after 5:00 pm PT on May 19, 2023 (or when the hotel room block is sold out, whichever comes first).

If you did not reserve your accommodations when you registered, log in to your event profile and select “Book/modify my hotel” to make a reservation.

The Agenda Builder will be available in May 2023 for registered attendees. A communication will be sent to registrants when the Agenda Builder is available.

The Venetian Convention and Expo Center is approximately three miles from Harry Reid International Airport (formerly McCarran International Airport).

Taxis are available directly from either terminal of Harry Reid International Airport (formerly McCarran International Airport). At Terminal 1, taxis are located on the east side of baggage claim, outside doors 1–4. In Terminal 3, taxis are located outside Level Zero. It is a three-mile trip to The Venetian Convention and Expo Center. The average cost for a taxi is $25–$40, depending on the route and time of day.

Group shuttles are an economical way to get to and from the airport to most major hotels/resorts. While en route, group shuttles make multiple stops at locations along the way, so relax and enjoy the spectacular view.

At Terminal 1, group shuttles are available on the west side of baggage claim outside door exits 7–13. Airport personnel are available to help queue the lines and provide assistance as needed.

At Terminal 3, shuttles are conveniently located outside on Level Zero on the west end of the building to serve domestic travelers and on the east end of the building to accommodate international travelers. Quick exit lanes will allow traffic to leave the airport quickly and airport personnel is available to assist as needed.

Credit card payment is processed instantly upon completion of registration. A tax invoice will be attached to your confirmation email.

During the registration process, you can let us know of any special dietary requirements or food allergies. Hewlett Packard Enterprise works closely with the venue to create menus that can be enjoyed by all attendees.

The suggested dress code is business casual, and evening events are casual. You can expect an average daytime high temperature of 100°F and a low of 69°F at this time of year. We recommend a light sweater or jacket in the venue as meeting rooms can be cold. Please keep in mind that the event spans a large area, and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
