Microsoft Azure Cloud Services subscription

As an authorized Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, HPE resells Microsoft Azure Cloud Services to HPE Customers in eligible countries. These cloud services include Azure Public Cloud Services and/or Azure Stack Cloud Services. HPE sets up an Azure subscription and grants the Customer access to their account on the applicable Azure management portal. The Customer then initiates and manages Microsoft Azure Cloud Services using their portal access. HPE invoices the Customer monthly in arrears for the amount of Azure Cloud Services consumed (pay as you go). This invoice is separate from the invoice for other HPE Pointnext Complete Care services.

HPE Pointnext Complete Care for Microsoft Azure

HPE is a single point for contact for support of the Microsoft Azure Cloud Services purchased as part of HPE Pointnext Complete Care. HPE provides the Customer with access to a dedicated HPE phone number, 24x7. Microsoft Azure calls are routed to engineers who are trained on Microsoft Azure Cloud Services. The software response times and the Accelerated Escalation Management feature that are indicated in the HPE Pointnext Complete Care data sheet apply to HPE support for Microsoft Azure Cloud Services. If an issue requires Microsoft assistance, HPE has established processes to engage Microsoft to assist with support.

HPE Pointnext Complete Care for Microsoft Azure is invoiced monthly and is included as a separately charged item on the Microsoft Azure subscription invoice prepared by HPE.
