We reserve the right to collecting personal information from all visitors requesting entry to our facilities, including to get your name, email, phone number, company name, visitor type. We will collect, maintain, transfer, and use this personal information for purposes of safety, security, visitor identification, to protect our facilities, and to otherwise facilitate your visit and the purposes for it. Visitors attempting to enter our facilities who refuse to cooperate with questioning or refuse to provide personal information will not be permitted to enter the facility.
Specifically, your personal information collected by us would be transferred to Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (“overseas recipient”) in Delaware, United States and can be reached at hpeprivacy@hpe.com
. The overseas recipient would store, access, and use your personal information to ensure the safety and security of HPE staff and premises.
We may retain your personal information (name, company name, email, phone number, type of visitors) as long as permitted and/or required by law, those are stored in San Antonio, Texas, US (backup place is Northlake, Illinois) and we may share your personal information with third parties (such as our external service providers). After that time, we will securely dispose of or de-identify your personal information. By signing this Notice, you consent to our collection, retention, use, transfer and disclosure of your personal information. You represent and warrant that the personal information provided is accurate.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (China) Co., Ltd. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company had signed the Personal Information Cross-border Transfer Standard Contract (“SCC”) on June 25, 2024. And according to SCC, you as the personal information subject, are the third-party beneficiary, if you haven’t refused expressly within 30 days, then you are entitled to have the rights as a third-party beneficiary according to the SCC.
