As a multinational corporation headquartered in the United States, we will transfer your personal information and sensitive personal information gathered during your recruitment process to Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (the “overseas recipient”), to facilitate the globally unified recruitment management including interview scheduling, applicant qualification and capability assessments, and background checks. The types of personal information provided overseas include the information outlined in the Recruitment-Privacy Notice during your recruitment process, as well as sensitive personal information voluntarily submitted by you. For example, your name, phone number, email address and ID number etc.
The overseas recipient will store, access, and use the personal information it receives, and will analyse certain personal information for purposes such as interview scheduling, capability assessments, background checks. The personal information will be deleted by the overseas recipient when deletion criteria are met.
The overseas recipient is incorporated in Delaware, United States, and headquartered in Spring, Texas. Your personal information is stored in USA, France and Ireland.
You may contact the overseas recipient by submitting this form to exercise your rights specified in the personal information protection laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (China) Co., Ltd. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company had signed the Personal Information Cross-border Transfer Standard Contract (“SCC”) on June 25, 2024. And according to SCC, you as the personal information subject, are the third-party beneficiary, if you haven’t refused expressly within 30 days, then you are entitled to have the rights as a third-party beneficiary according to the SCC.
