Cross-border Personal Information Transfer Consent Letter

As a multinational corporation headquartered in the United States, we will transfer the personal information of our business contacts, including name of your organization and your names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses, to Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (the “overseas recipient”). The transfer is made to achieve unified customer management among the group companies, such as account creation, execution and performance of service agreements, order management, deployment and delivery of products and services, quality control, and after-sales support.

 

The overseas recipient will store, access, and use the personal information it receives. It will also analyze certain personal information for purposes such as order management, after-sales support and quality control, and will delete the personal information when deletion criteria are met.

 

The overseas recipient is located in Delaware, United States, and can be reached at hpeprivacy@hpe.com. Your personal information would be stored in Carrollton, Texas, Chandler, Arizona, Washington DC, and Oregon US.

 

Business contacts can contact the overseas recipient via hpeprivacy@hpe.com or engage with local legal advisors and exercise your rights specified in the personal information protection laws of the People’s Republic of China. The legal advisors will communicate and coordinate with the overseas recipient to address relevant requests.

 

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (China) Co., Ltd. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company had signed the Personal Information Cross-border Transfer Standard Contract (“SCC”) on June 25, 2024.  And according to SCC, you as the personal information subject, are the third-party beneficiary, if you haven’t refused expressly within 30 days, then you are entitled to have the rights as a third-party beneficiary according to the SCC.
