Activating your Proactive Care support will ensure that you receive the full benefits of your service.
Step 1: Link your Support Agreements
Link your Support Agreements to establish your private access to your report information.
If you don’t already have an HPE Passport, you’ll be prompted to create one at the beginning of this step.
Linking your support agreements gets you access to your proactive care reports, enables you to submit, update, and review support cases via Support Case Manager. You can also research and obtain software updates and licences.
You must link your support agreements to your HPE Passport ID to receive the Proactive Scan, FW SW Version, and Incident reports that are an integral part of your Proactive Care service. The reports will be published to your HPE Support Center account.
Yes. You must link your support agreements to your HPE Passport ID is required in order for you to receive the Proactive Scan, FW SW Version, and Incident reports that are an integral part of your Proactive Care service. Your Channel Partner can also have visibility to your reports and may review them with you, but the reports will be published to your HPE Support Center account.
When you link a support agreement you can choose whether you want to retain single control or allow other HPE Support Centre users to also link to it. See the Link support agreements page on the HPE Support Centre for details.
