Third-Party Compilers

Third-party compilers in the CPE.

The CPE supports two third-party compilers: AOCC and GNU. Restoring PrgEnv-gnu or PrgEnv-aocc automatically restores those compilers and their respective dependencies, including wrappers and mapping (for example, mapping cc to gcc in PrgEnv-gnu).
