Support Tab
Explanation of Support tab views and available user actions
Use the Support tab to collect diagnostic information from the storage cluster, including logs and configuration settings. If a Lustre error or event occurs, such as node failover, the process to collect system information in support files is triggered automatically. This process may also be started manually. See the following figure for a detailed description of this view.

The Support Files view displays all support files that have been collected automatically or manually. After selecting a support file, the following actions are available:

|---|---|
| View content | View system and web logs, node, and application status information for the support file. |
| Terminate collection | Stop the process of a support file collection. |
| Download a copy | Download a copy of the support file to a local system. |
| Delete | Delete the support file. |
The system administrator may also set support file collection triggers and purge limits. For detailed instructions about these actions, see the Work with Support Files topic.
