Create a logical switch

Prerequisites

  • Privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Network administrator

  • The switches that you want to add to the logical switch are not part of another logical switch in the same HPE OneView appliance.

Procedure
  1. From the main menu, select NETWORKING > Logical Switches, then do one of the following:

    • Click + Create logical switch.

    • Select Actions > Create.

  2. Enter the data requested on the screen.
  3. Click Create to complete the action or click Create + to create another logical switch.
  4. Verify and accept the certificates of the switches presented.
  5. Verify in the master pane that the logical switch has been created.
