Enabling or disabling AMD Fmax Boost Limit Control
AMD Fmax Boost Limit setting sets the
maximum processor boost frequency.
Procedure
From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Power and Performance Options > AMD Fmax Boost Limit Control.
Select a setting.
Auto—Allows the processor to run at the highest
possible boost frequencies.
Manual—Allows you to configure a lower maximum boost
frequency.
