Discovering HPE OneView Storage System

To discover a Storage System:

1. In the HPE OneView Systems folder, navigate to Configuration Dashboard.

2. Enter the IP address and credentials for the HPE OneView Appliance.

3. Click Add.

4. Import the HPE OneView Storage System Management Pack.

Once imported, all Storage Systems and their logical components managed by the HPE OneView appliance are discovered.

The default polling interval for storage discovery rule is 4 hours (14400 seconds). To change the polling interval, override the following:

• HPE OneView Storage System Collection Discovery

• HPE OneView Storage System Discovery
