NonStop specific Java libraries and binaries

In addition to the standard Java packages, NSJ 11 provides the following files:

java.tandem.emslogger.jmod: This module contains Java APIs for EMS logging.
java.tandem.ext.jmod: This module consists of Java APIs for OSS Sockets library function and Java API for getting time information for NSK operation system process.
