Migrating applications

This section describes the changes required to migrate applications that use earlier versions of NSJ. The following lists the various terminologies to be noted:

NSJ 7 refers to the product based on Java SE JDK 1.7.x
NSJ 8 refers to the product based on Java SE JDK 1.8.x
NSJ 11 refers to the product based on Java SE JDK 11.0.x

NOTE:

This section provides information about migrating from NSJ 8 to NSJ 11. If you are using earlier versions of NSJ, HPE recommends you to see the migration considerations available in the NSJ 8 Programmer's Reference.
