Jim Jackson is the Chief Marketing Officer for Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Jim believes in the power of marketing to not only build brands and drive sales, but also to transform the trajectory of companies and markets. With more than 25 years in the IT industry, Jim is passionate about the use of technology to inform a customer-centric, data-driven and digital-first marketing approach across all areas of the business.
As CMO, Jim oversees all aspects of marketing for HPE with emphasis on accelerating the digital transformation of HPE to be the Edge-to-Cloud Platform-as-a-Service company. Jim and his team are focused on building a modern, digital-first marketing culture that fosters innovative ideas and creates new growth opportunities for HPE and its partner ecosystem across key technology markets.
Prior to his role as CMO, Jim was Global Head of Marketing for HPE’s $26B Enterprise Group. He was part of the leadership team who launched the new Hewlett Packard Enterprise brand and played a key role in the transformation of HPE global marketing to a modern, digital-first model.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts from Muskingum University and a Master of Business Administration from Miami University.
