Netherlands UPS Returns Instructions

By accepting this replacement part you also accept to return the defective part(s) within 3 office days, at our expense. Hewlett Packard Enterprise reserves the right to invoice you for the value of non-returned items. 


A) UPS Delivery 
In case the part is delivered by UPS, recognizable by the UPS label on the box, you’ll find return instructions on the delivery label and at the bottom of the sticker. The returning of the part is free of charge.

If it states ‘Bus. Model: CRR’ on the delivery label you are to return the part. By contacting UPS directly you can schedule an appointment for collection.

  1. Put the faulty part in the original packaging material in which the new part has arrived
  2. Please put the returnlabel from the pouch on the box
  3. All information you need is on the returnlabel
  4. Call UPS 0900 2255877 (local fares) to schedule an appointment for collection.
  5. Please provide the UPS tracking number e.g. 1Z4AA796XXXXXXX

If it states ‘Bus. Model: CRU’ on the delivery label you can dispose of the part in an environmentally friendly way.

B) Non UPS Delivery 
If no UPS sticker is attached on the packaging material you can send an email to csr.benelux.dutch@hpe.com to request for part collection.
