OLAA Early Career Program

Our programs provide a broad, practical foundation through hands-on project work, exposure to a variety of experiences, and innovative training and development. The OLAA organization currently focuses on roles within Global IT, Cybersecurity and Digital Risk Management, Global Workplace, the Office of the COO, and Legal.

Global Information Technology
We create a new world for HPE, leveraging our technology platforms, architecture, and capabilities and transform our business by reducing complexity and simplifying our IT systems and business processes.
Cybersecurity and Digital Risk Management
We protect and enable HPE businesses by providing cyber and physical security infrastructure and expertise, focusing on many areas such as security architecture and operations, risk and compliance activities.
Global Workplace
We strive to advance the way HPE employees live and work, inspire innovation and build community across all HPE sites. From engagement to design and construction, we create a workplace that emphasizes flexibility and inclusion, and enables culture and collaboration.
Office of the Chief Operating Officer
We are responsible for driving operational and execution excellence across OLAA and ensuring our pan-OLAA capabilities are brought to bear in the most impactful way to accelerate HPE’s transformation.
Legal
We protect HPE’s people and assets while enabling it to win the right way by not only providing legal strategic counsel but also serving as trusted advisors to HPE’s leaders across every business unit and function.
