Early career talent success stories

Ian Lehrer

Office of the COO Operations PREP

“The best experience I’ve had as a PREP participant has been the opportunity to engage with my PREP cohort in a wide range of team-building activities. From the very beginning, we were encouraged to collaborate and work together, and this created a strong sense of camaraderie among us. We faced various challenges together, such as problem-solving exercises, group presentations and hands-on projects. These experiences have not only enriched my time in the program but have also contributed significantly to my personal and professional development."

Patrick Ngo

Office of the COO PREP

“One of the highlights of my time in the PREP program was the opportunity to meet a ton of amazing people and work with different teams. It wasn’t just about acquiring the skills I had set out to learn; I also had the chance to develop new ones. The most challenging aspect of the program was pushing myself outside of my comfort zone. Not only did this program really push me to do work that I wasn’t used to and wasn’t sure of, it also pushed me to understand my own strengths and weaknesses, and how to harness and leverage them in the most impactful manner.”
